Judy Hobbs - Owner/Broker and Commercial and Investment Specialist

As Owner/Broker and Commercial & Investment Specialist, Judy has made real estate her passion here in the Upper Valley since 1977. She has had the privilege of working for thousands of buyers and sellers in those years and is still excited every day about serving you.

She continues to train, re-educate and explore all new tools to be certain you are being served with new technology, while knowing that our job is not houses or dirt - it is people. Client Centered Care is our focus.

In 2008, Judy completed 5 rigorous week-long courses to obtain her CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries.

Travis Greene - Residential Buyer Specialist

As a Buyer Specialist Travis spends 100% of his time helping YOU, the buyer, to find just the right home for your family!

Travis previews 50-60 homes each week which makes him very familiar with all of the homes for sale in our area. Often times he is aware of new homes that come on the market long before any other realtor knows about it. This gives HIS buyers the first chance to preview these homes and have the best opportunity to get the home they want and need! Because he lives and works in Rexburg, he is aware of changes in the city's growth, activity, school system and of course, the homes available to YOU!

Todd Davis - Residential Listing Specialist and Bonneville County Buyer’s Agent

As the Listing Specialist at Realty Quest, Todd’s number one priority is to get sellers the highest dollar for their home, in the least amount of time, with the fewest hassles. By doing this, he is able to focus all of his efforts on his client’s needs.

Todd believes it is advantageous to our sellers to operate the way we do. Having specialized individuals for each aspect of the transaction, we can serve our clients more quickly and effectively. Since we work as a team, and Todd is often involved with the buyers, he is able to service buyers in the Idaho Falls, Bonneville County area as well. Because Todd lives in Idaho Falls, it allows him to know the values, schools, businesses, and little nuances that can helm make the difference in your home buying or selling experience.

Katie Sutton - Office Manager/Licensed Agent

As the office manager and licensed real estate agent, it is Katie’s responsibility to make sure that no detail of a transaction is left undone. You will hear from her often throughout the listing/closing process to assure that all of your questions are handled in a timely manner. Katie works closely with your lender and with the title companies to assure that there will be no hang-ups, and if there are, she makes sure they are taken care of as soon as possible.
