I preview 50-60 homes each week which makes me VERY familiar with all of the homes for sale in our area. Often time I am aware of new homes that comes on the market long before any other realtor knows about it. This gives YOU, the buyer, the first chance to preview these homes and have the best opportunity to get the home you want and need! Because I live and work in Rexburg I am aware of the new changes in the city's growth, activity, school system and again the homes available to YOU!

As the office manager, it is my responsibility to make sure that no detail of a transaction is left undone. You will hear from me often throughout the listing/closing process to assure that all of your questions are handled in a timely manner. I work closely with your lender and with the title companies to assure that there will be no hang-ups, and if there are, I make sure they are taken care of as soon as possible.  

Because we run as a team, I work closely with Judy, Travis and Todd in all transactions and am available to help you at any time. It is our goal to make sure your experience with us is an unforgettable one!
